Eyelash Extension Appointment Rules

1. A valid credit card is required to book an appointment
2. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or move an appointment. If there is late notice of a change to an appointment half of the service price will be charged and in the case of a cancel with 3 hour or less notice or a no show/ no call the full service price will be charged.
3. Please arrive on time to your appointment. 15 minutes late will be considered a late cancel as there is not enough time to perform the scheduled service. All of our services are time sensitive and are scheduled to the minute.
4. You must be comfortable with laying down for up to two hours. Full sets take the most time and our artists like to pace themselves and take their time to ensure use of proper technique to create beautiful sets and guarantee natural lash health. Best not to book an appointment too close to another obligation if time is of the essence.
5. You are more than welcome to bring headphones to listen to their own music or audio book the help them relax, however, all ringtones must be placed on silent and phone calls and texting will not be permitted. Chatting on the phone can cause the lids to flutter and to ensure eye safety, eyes must remain closed during procedure.
6. Please arrive with clean lashes. No eye make up or any oily products around the eyelashes. The extensions will not adhere properly if there is anything in the way.
7. Do not drink caffeine before appointment, that grande latte will cause your lids to flutter making it difficult for the technician to apply the extensions properly.
8. When coming in for a fill appointment, there must be 50% or more of previous lash application to be considered a fill. If there are less, a booster will automatically be added and if there are less that 30% the service is considered a full set and the appointment will need to be rescheduled in order to accommodate for more time.
9. If you have lashes that had been applied by another artist outside of our business, it's not guaranteed we will be able to work with the remainder. All artists use different materials and techniques, we can not guarantee the previous artist's skill or materials will allow for us to add our own to your set. ** Photos are required before we book your service
10. Fills need to be booked 2-3 weeks from previous appointment to ensure proper retention.
11. You are always welcome to switch up which type of lashes the receive. The initial set you have placed is not the set you have to continue to receive! Just let us know ahead of time if you're thinking of changing your style to ensure the artist has enough time to complete your request. If you wish to remove all of what you have to start over with a new set, a removal fee will be charged.
